thesis 1. PRELIMINARY RESEARCH. Is construction appropriate for the site? Complex social-cum-demographic, economical, ecological research will help to answer this question. We do a research in any case.

thesis 2. SUSTAINABILITY. Construction is one the most polluting and destroying ecological processes. Conservation of ecosystems is cheaper than renewal. We ponder over heritage for our descendants. Therefore we offer economically and technologically deliberate decisions those are less pernicious on ecosystems than traditional ones.

thesis 3. ENERGY EFFICIENCY. Fossils end and rice in price. It's obvious that the energy crisis is just beginning. The less energy an object use the more profitable it will be in future. We offer energy efficient strategies ranged between a hackneyed avoiding of bridges of cold and a complex autonomity of an object with control of energy usage.

The most impotant criterion for architects among stated below is aesthetics of environment and architectural form. We don't follow any conventions in morphogenesis.
